He has a winter hat on top stuffed with pillow stuffing and a little silver pipe cleaner bow around the pom pom.
There is a sheer tulle blue and white scarf wrapped around the neck of the snowman.
A faux floral Christmas arrangement is tucked in the scarf and attached to the snowman.
In the center of the scarf two miniature silver and blue glittered Christmas ornament balls.
A white satin ribbon is attached to the back of the hat in order to hang it.
The snowman has two coats of protective acrylic sealer.
